May Day will restrict traffic in the city center

Due to the festive procession on the Day of Spring and Labor, on May 1, motorists will encounter difficulties when driving along Nevsky Prospect.

From 07:00 to 14:00, access to the site from Uprising Square to Palace Passage will be limited. Also, traffic will be difficult along Ligovsky Prospekt from Nekrasov Street to Uprising Square. From 10:00 to 14:00, the movement will be closed alternately during the procession: first from Uprising Square to Palace Square and then from Ligovsky Prospekt to St. Isaac's Square and Lenin Square.

In honor of Labor Day, the St. Petersburg metro will operate on the night of May 1–2 without interruption. In addition, night buses will run to the subway.
