Salute thunders over St. Petersburg on Defender of the Fatherland Day
St. Petersburg, being a hero city, became a member of the All-Russian program for celebrating Defender of the Fatherland Day. This means that the city was also allocated funds for the festive fireworks, which St. Petersburg residents and visitors will be able to see on February 23. He will thunder at nine o’clock in the evening, according to a message from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Despite the fact that the place is not indicated, there is an assumption that volleys will be given from the Peter and Paul Fortress. It is from there that fireworks are most often fired - for example, on January 27th, it thundered in honor of the Day of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the fascist blockade.
