Beglov believes that Petersburgers have long needed a social card
Acting Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov February 20 commented on Putin's message to the Federal Assembly. The head of the city noted that issues of education, health care and the environment should be addressed taking into account the interests of Russian families and citizens.
For example, residents of St. Petersburg have long been waiting for a social card so that they do not have to run around for information and benefits at various levels.
Beglov also said that in the Northern capital it is necessary to improve the quality of medicine for young children and expand the network of lean clinics. In addition, the acting governor recalled the problem with the Krasny Bor borough.
