Petersburg celebrates the international dance day

International dance day — a holiday dedicated to all styles of dance, celebrated on April 29. Initiated in 1982 by the International dance Council of UNESCO. Symphony Orchestra in 1703 reduced composition played today on Nevsky prospect excerpts of famous works of Sergei Prokofiev, Maurice Ravel, Aram Khachaturian and was invited to dance with everybody else. It is very symbolic for citizens who are so tired of waiting for real spring — warmth, sun and dancing!

The action is timed to the spring Orchestra program 1703 "Dances with Orchestra", which will take place may 11 at the club A2.
